FAQ

How long are preorders open?

Preorders for this zine project will be available starting on 01March2024 and will close on 01April2024 at 23:59 PDT (UTC-7).

To where is shipping available?

Shipping is available worldwide, with some caveats. Due to everything happening so much, some countries are not accepting shipments, and others are experiencing long delays. Please keep in mind that once a parcel leaves our hands we will have no control over the shipping speed, so we hope you will bear with us if there are any complications. 

At the time preorders opened, the following countries were not accepting shipments from USPS:

Afghanistan
Belarus
Brunei Darussalam
Central African Republic
Cuba
Gaza Strip
Laos
Myanmar
Niue
Russian Federation
Syrian Arab Republic
Yemen 

Anyone living in these countries is welcome to purchase the digital zine, but we will unfortunately not be able to ship any physical parcels to these locations.

Customers in the EU and other parts of Europe may be subject to VAT and other taxes, and will be responsible for paying any outstanding taxes, customs, or other fees due at the time of receipt; please check with your local postal service for further information.

Where are you shipping from?

We are shipping from the west coast of the United States. All prices are listed in USD.

I messed up/need to change my order!

If you need to make any changes to your order during the preorder period, or if your address changes at any time before fulfillment, please email us at [email protected]

When will this zine ship?

After preorders close, production can take upwards of six months depending on the load and location of manufacturers, but we are hoping things will go much faster than that! Once we have books and all merch in-hand, shipping will commence, and will hopefully happen before the end of 2024. Please make sure to follow our Twitter for updates on production and fulfillment.

What safeguards will be in place once preorders close/once shipping commences?

Every physical order will have individual tracking information that will be provided to the customer.

If your order does not arrive to you due to negligence on our part, e.g. mislabeling, we will work with you to refund or replace the items ordered. We cannot be held responsible for negligence or rough handling on the part of any postal service, or mislabeling on the part of the customer due to mistaken input or an incorrect/out of date address after notice that fulfillment will be commencing.

If at any point during the preorder period you need to cancel your order for a refund, we will be happy to provide it. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you need to cancel your order during the preorder period. Once preorders close, there will be no cancellation refunds processed, as the income from sales will go to production costs.
